If you’re longing to reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with people who, like you, have chosen to pause. If you feel it’s time to restore your energy, awaken your creativity and learn to listen to your body again. Or simply if you’re ready to give yourself the gift of a different kind of week.
Over the course of seven days, you’ll experience six carefully designed mindfulness experiences. Each one different, each one created to help you restore your energy, spark your creativity and find greater calm and clarity.
Each day brings together nature, movement, creativity and presence through experiences such as mindful walks, forest bathing, yoga, meditation, Jungian art therapy, coaching with free-roaming horses, conscious movement, permaculture and other activities guided by experienced facilitators.
The retreat takes place in a breathtaking natural setting surrounded by oak and beech forests, rivers, waterfalls and free-roaming horses. Here, nature is not just the backdrop, it’s an essential part of the experience.
This retreat creates the space to slow down, listen to yourself and reconnect with what everyday life often causes us to forget.
