Exploring the Pyrenees and Costa Brava with Pura Vall on a family road trip
This summer, we had the opportunity to take part in a press trip with Joke, from the family travel blog Our Travels with Kids, who spent four days exploring the Pyrenees and the Costa Brava.
Their journey took them from Figueres to the Núria Valley, La Garrotxa and the Costa Brava, combining culture, heritage, nature and activities for the whole family.
During their stay in the Núria Valley, they explored the area with Pura Vall on a guided mountain excursion, discovering the valley’s landscapes, wildlife and natural surroundings. They also took on the Roca de la Creu via ferrata in Ribes de Freser, an adventure that offered a different perspective of the landscape.
The road trip continued through La Garrotxa, including a hot-air balloon flight over the volcanic landscape, before heading to the Costa Brava for activities such as kayaking along the Ter River and a visit to the Aiguamolls de l’Empordà Natural Park.
Four action-packed days discovering the diversity of Catalonia, from the high mountains of the Pyrenees to the Mediterranean coast.
For us, it is a pleasure to be part of these kinds of trips and to help visitors discover the Ripollès and the Pyrenees through experiences that bring them closer to the landscape and the local area.
