Description
We’ll begin our adventure by boarding the Cement Train, a historic gem of Catalan railways. The journey will take us from La Pobla de Lillet to the Artigas Gardens, where we’ll visit this wonderful work by Gaudí, a gift to the Artigas family during his stay at their home. It’s a place where nature and architecture blend in perfect harmony.
The route continues to Clot del Moro, where we’ll discover the Cement Museum, with an immersive visit enhanced by virtual reality glasses that will take us back in time to relive life at the old Asland factory, active in the 1920s.
Afterwards, we’ll return by train to La Pobla de Lillet and then drive to Castellar de n’Hug, where we’ll have lunch at the historic Fonda Franxicó, founded in 1731. We’ll enjoy a rich and comforting meal that represents true mountain cuisine, prepared with local and seasonal ingredients.
